Charter Steel Coil Storage Expansion

Construction of a new 68,000 pre-engineered building for steel coil storage started on September of 2014. The building foundations were constructed in half’s while an active trucking road that ran through the middle of the building. Building included the coil storage area, new Locker rooms and offices that supported the building.

Extensive site work which included mass excavation, new trucking roads, parking lots and landscaping. re-routing of the existing trucking road required extensive coordination to complete this project within a very aggressive schedule.
