This specialized outpatient facility was engineered to support advanced oncology treatments within a LEED Certified framework. The structural steel and masonry building features a high-performance exterior of brick veneer and cast stone, topped with a sustainable white PVC membrane roofing system.

A primary technical highlight of the project was the precision construction of the Linear Accelerator suite, which required a specialized, massive concrete pour to meet stringent radiation shielding requirements.

By balancing these heavy-industrial medical needs with environmentally conscious construction practices, Jos. Schmitt Construction delivered a state-of-the-art healing environment that prioritizes both patient safety and long-term operational sustainability for the Aurora network.
