Aurora Clinic Construction

This greenfield development serves as a comprehensive outpatient clinic, offering the Manitowoc community a streamlined environment for primary and specialized care. The facility features a high-density medical layout, including sixteen exam rooms, four specialized procedure rooms, and dedicated suites for audiology and phlebotomy.

Jos. Schmitt Construction managed the complex multi-site enabling and phased coordination required to bring the center online, which includes an integrated on-site pharmacy. Beyond the building’s footprint, the project involved significant civil work, including new site utilities, fire protection systems, and parking infrastructure.

The completed clinic provides a modern, full-service medical destination designed for long-term operational efficiency.
