The comprehensive interior and exterior revitalization of this Waupaca branch was managed by Jos. Schmitt Construction, involving a strategic addition to the existing footprint alongside a complete modernization of the lobby and private offices. To enhance the customer experience, the project included the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting, oversized office windows for natural transparency, and updated teller stations.

Exterior improvements featured a full reconstruction of the three-lane drive-thru and the integration of sustainable, recycled materials into the building’s façade.
