Bitter Neumann Renovation & Loading Dock

Our team executed a three-phase modernization of the Bitter Neumann facility to enhance both aesthetics and logistics. The project began with a full exterior façade renovation and a new entrance pavilion, followed by interior upgrades to the showrooms and reception areas.

The final phase involved the strategic demolition of a warehouse to make way for a new, 2,800-square-foot loading dock addition. Jos. Schmitt Construction constructed a recessed dock pit to move semi-trailer loading off city streets and onto the property. This addition improved site safety, integrated a new egress stairwell, and expanded second-floor retail space for more efficient operations.
