The Blind Horse Tasting Room

The full remodel of The Blind Horse Wine Tasting Bar transformed an existing two-story building in the heart of downtown Cedarburg. The project involved a complete demolition of the lower level to convert the former retail space into a sophisticated wine tasting bar and commercial kitchen.

Beyond the interior structural changes, Jos. Schmitt Construction executed a comprehensive renovation of the backyard to create a premier outdoor destination. Our team constructed a new patio bar building and integrated an expansive seating area, seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor environments to provide a cohesive, high-end guest experience within this historic district.
