This three-story academic facility stands as a modern highlight in the enduring partnership between Jos. Schmitt Construction and Concordia University. Designed to foster synergy between business and healthcare, the center features a diverse range of specialized environments, including a culinary lab, audiology sound booths, and a mock courtroom.

Our team managed the technical precision required for these high-performance spaces, which also house a public-facing speech and hearing clinic and a startup incubator. The project delivers a versatile, multi-use environment that promotes interdisciplinary learning while strengthening the university’s commitment to community outreach and regional economic development.
