Festival Foods

Jos. Schmitt Construction led the redevelopment of the Festival Foods grocery store on Taylor Drive, executing the complete demolition of the previous structure to build a modern, ground-up facility.

Our team constructed specialized retail and food-service environments, including a “kitchen classics” meat department, fresh sushi and salad bars, and a full-service deli. To prioritize energy efficiency, the build integrated Orion skylights and motion-sensor LED lighting throughout the sales floor.

Designed as a comprehensive community resource, the store also features an expansive liquor department, an in-store bank, and the “Tot Spot” childcare area.
