Highland House

The construction of Highland House delivered a premier two-story riverfront restaurant designed for high-volume hospitality. The project involved a multi-level build featuring expansive dining rooms, dual bars, and a private event space.

To maximize the riverfront location, Jos. Schmitt Construction constructed two levels of exterior decking and a dedicated boat dock to accommodate water-access guests. The interior build-out required specialized masonry for dual fireplaces and custom finishes tailored for the hospitality industry.

Large second-story windows were integrated throughout the design to provide panoramic views of the Sheboygan River.
