For this dual-facility development, Jos. Schmitt Construction served as a key self-performance partner, providing specialized trade expertise for both new construction and major expansion projects.

At the new Harbor Town campus, our team executed the comprehensive masonry for the 14-acre site, which houses an Orthopedic Center of Excellence and a medically based fitness center. Concurrently, for the Heart and Vascular Center expansion, we self-performed the structural concrete and custom carpentry, including specialized millwork within the main lobby.

By delivering these essential trades in-house, we provided the foundational durability and refined finishes necessary for high-performance environments encompassing advanced cardiac care, diagnostic imaging, and rehabilitative therapy services.
