Immanuel Lutheran Child Care

Jos. Schmitt Construction led the preconstruction and expansion of the child care facilities at Immanuel Lutheran, creating a specialized environment for early childhood development. This project involved the demolition of an aging gymnasium to make way for a two-story addition featuring dedicated suites for infants and toddlers, complete with adjacent sleep rooms and age-appropriate classrooms.

Our team also modernized the existing kitchen, lunchroom, and lavatories to support an increased enrollment of eighty children.

By utilizing a durable masonry and steel-joist structure, we delivered a secure, high-capacity facility that meets rigorous safety standards while providing a welcoming, functional space for the church’s youngest members.
