This 70-unit, apartment-style condominium represents a landmark development in downtown Sheboygan, offering a unique “buy-and-own” model for active seniors. Jos. Schmitt Construction was instrumental in the project’s inception, providing the strategic concept needed to meet local market demands.

The four-story structure features specialized senior-friendly design, including wide-clearance corridors, walk-in showers, and integrated security systems. During construction, our team demonstrated exceptional resilience by successfully mobilizing and returning the project to active status within four months of a devastating site fire.

The completed facility stands as a testament to a partnership dating back to 1970, delivering high-end residential living just blocks from the Lake Michigan shoreline.
