Jos. Schmitt Construction led a three-phase modernization of the Oostburg High School campus, beginning with pre-construction services to support the district’s community referendum.

A central feature of the project involved the technical conversion of the existing gymnasium into a performance auditorium, a process that included collaborative demolition efforts with local volunteers. Interior renovations revitalized the media center, main office, and cafeteria, while a significant addition introduced a three-station gymnasium and a community fitness center.
