Wilson Elementary Addition & Remodel

Jos. Schmitt Construction executed a comprehensive two-phase project to expand student facilities and revitalize the infrastructure at Wilson Elementary. The initial phase delivered a significant addition featuring a multi-purpose gymnasium and dedicated art and music classrooms.

Following the expansion, our team overhauled the school’s exterior, including a full facade replacement, re-roofing, and interior flooring updates. To enhance site safety, the parking areas were redesigned to improve traffic flow and secure access to the main entrance.

This project successfully integrated functional facility upgrades with essential maintenance to provide a safer, more inspiring learning environment for the school’s students and staff.
